The Beauty of Belli Skincare

Belli Beauty skincare has made it’s way into my skincare line up. 

This line is safely formulated for every skin type and Fitzpatrick scale. 

The ingredients in Belli products are allergy tested, free of artificial dyes or fragrances, phthalates and paraben preservatives. Belli is safe for breastfeeding mothers .

Let’s dive in shall we. I was sent three items to review.

• Anti-Blemish Facial wash

• Healthy Glow Facial Hydrator

• Eye Brightening cream

The cleanser has Lactic acid,Green tea, cucumber. The cleanser doubles as a mask leave on for approximately 5 minutes.

Why do we love lactic acid? Lactic acid is one of the most popular alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) in skin care today, marketed as a powerful ingredient that helps reduce acne breakouts and the appearance of wrinkles and other signs of aging. 

Green tea has been scientifically proven to provide numerous benefits for skin health, and is often cited as one of the best ways to treat acne. Drinking green tea for acne can reduce inflammation, which is directly correlated to the clear skin process and plays a role in the frequency and severity of acne breakouts.

Cucumber has skincare benefits including vitamin C and caffeic acid, which both fight to reduce inflamed or irritated skin, and hydration thanks to its high water content. The peel itself contains silica, which firms up sagging skin.

All these ingredients together are powerful and can combat acne/blemishes . The consistency of this cleanser is a gel like base and feels a bit sticky but I do believe that is because it doubles as a mask. 

The Healthy Glow Facial Hydrator contains Vitamin C ( great for the production of collagen, hydrating, helps treat melasma)

The grape seed reduces clogged pores. Last but not lease Chamomile helps to fade spots, eliminate acne scars and fight breakouts, if used topically, due to its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. 

Eye Brightening cream with a powerful punch of vitamin K. A little goes a long way. This cream will help with fine lines, and brighten tired eyes. 

I used this product on my testosterone filled teenager and was surprised upon the first cleanse how bright his skin looked. This product isn’t limited to the ladies, if inflammation and breakouts occur look at the ingredients these ingredients are key in treating acne. I too used this product after my cervical discectomy I broke out around my neck area. I was acclimating to the titanium that had been placed in my c5-6 area. This cleanser definitely sped the process up and I’m now able to say all blemishes and breakouts have subsided.
